Building Healthy Rhythms

Building Healthy Rhythms is a program of guidance for executives, business owners, athletes and individuals who know what high-performance is, but also appreciate that high performance can come at the expense of health, wellbeing and relationships. Often in order to be successful, run a business or chase our goals, we lose focus and balance in other areas of our life. This program guides and supports you to build and integrate new rhythms that support a healthy and sustainable high performance lifestyle. 

 

It begins with a broader and deeper understanding of stress and how it impacts health and performance. Stress affects us all, but how it affects us is unique and individual. Once we better understand what stress is, how it impacts our health and inhibits our performance we can explore our own individual stressors and stress responses.  When we begin to shift our neural-emotional patterns, and make changes to our lifestyle and our environment we begin to reduce our stress load, increase our energy, improve our wellbeing and optimise  our performance.

Building Healthy Rhythms involves 13 one hour coaching sessions providing strategies, tools and techniques to create new neural-emotional architecture, and build routines, habits and rhythms that optimise health and performance. We will explore concepts such as stress physiology, belief horizons, resilience, futureSelf psychology, harmonic goal setting, self-worth, subcultures, co-authoring, and neural-emotional patterns, alongside the emerging research in biophysics, epigenetics, neurocardiology and biocognition to optimise mitochondrial function, energy levels and overall health. and performance.

During the journey we will constantly revisit and refine these rhythms to ensure that the changes are meaningful and lasting. When we bring into harmony our thoughts, emotions and behaviours we create new baseline patterns that allow us to co-create a new reality where we are energised, balanced, confident, composed, healthy and in control.

This program includes a biophysics "jumpstart kit" - including bioSpectral glasses with patented melanin infused lenses and a Blushield Phi Φ1 Portable Harmoniser to reduce environmental stressors, Living Water VORTEXèr jug and Quinton Isotonic™  Ampoules alongside three stress and well being assessments, an Inner Balance Coherence Plus sensor and lifetime access to HeartMath® app using HRV in real time to track and measure progress.

I am a father, a husband and a student of spiritual science.

My own journey has been one of continual personal growth including many challenges, which all helped me understand that in order to make healthy changes, I first needed to take personal responsibility for where I was and accept the truth. This meant accepting my life as it was, not how I wanted it to be.

Combining over 20 years working in large institutions and as an educator I now continue to work with individuals and businesses to provide practical guidance to shift to healthier ways of thinking and feeling, bringing into harmony what the brain thinks, with what the heart knows.
